There's no snow. We're close to the beach and we know how to have fun. And, by the way, our downtown is alive and kicking. Great restaurants, a killer music scene and one of the most beautiful downtown parks in the country. Right in the middle of it all is our favorite urban place - Thornton Park Central.

And our neighbors are pretty cool.
